Extra Credit Post. Capitalism.
This was the first time for me watching the documentary, "Capitalism". I was very surprised by the content. I am not too educated on capitalism and politics and what not but found some of the content disturbing. Especially the fact that companies were taking out life insurance policies on employees in order to make some more money. Especially to learn that walmart, bank of america and other bog companies did this. It was also sad to see moore's father and how his old workplace was being destroyed. It is crazy to think that back in the 50's a man could have a factory job and the woman did not have to work if she did not want to. What are your guy's thoughts on the film? Oscar--You have some good topics for your new entries, but you are still brief and underdeveloped in your analysis and discussion. Dig further into your analysis to create significance for your audience. You need to work on setting up the context and closing the entry as well.
